I was very pleased with this sleeve. It is much heavier duty than I thought it would be and it works well. The vibrating motion has seven different patterns and mixes it up a bit. The pulsating has seven patterns as well and some of them are very different (in a good way) from other patterns I am familiar with. It seems to be a good quality item and clean up was very easy.

I have always wanted one of these so thought I would take a chance, I have to say it is a awesome product and the 7 different modes omg its just a nice product other then that i would definitely buy again .it's a must buy for all of us men and for the price it's well worth and more for the money thank you Tom.
