Your order deadline

  1. We have two main warehouses in the US: one in California and the other in New Jersey. We will match the delivery warehouse according to the inventory and address to ensure that the product reaches you as soon as possible.

2.We offer discreet and free shipping with all tracking numbers. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

3.We support international shipping. We can ship to many countries and regions all over the world, including North America, Europe, Asia and so on. See the following sections for more details.

4.Regarding the order processing time, there are three situations.

  • (1) When the products you purchased are in sufficient stock, the products in your order will be sent out within 24h-48h from Monday to Friday. If you purchase a product during the weekend, it will be dispatched on Monday.
  • (2) When a product is suddenly out of stock or a pre-sale product, we will urgently transfer the product, but usually there will be a delay of at least one week. If you are in a hurry, please contact customer service for details of the delay.
  • (3) We arrange holidays for many festivals around the world, such as Christmas, Spring Festival, etc. During holidays, shipments will also be slightly affected, and there will be a short delay (about 2-3 days). Of course, there will be delays in customer service replies. Please wait.

How can I track my order?

When your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s website where you can track your order. You can also find tracking information on the order details page.

How do I change my shipping address?

Once you find that your shipping address is wrong, please contact our customer service center ([email protected]) immediately! We will help to change your shipping address before shipping. Please note that we cannot change the address after the item has been dispatched.

Is my package discreet?

Please don’t worry if people will know what you are buying. We take your privacy 100% seriously. Every order will be shipped in plain packaging with no mention of anything inside anywhere or anything. No one knows what good baby you bought.
