The stroking action is super intense, its ended up being a much better endurance trainer than I thought it would be. The motor is strong enough that the anchor is really necessary to get optimal use out of the stroking action. Holding it in place and trying to steady it with your hands isnt near as effective as bolting it to the wall and going hands free. Very robust stroking action indeed.

You should read this review if you're worried about if you're too big!This isn't a bad item.
